We want you to love your Casa Nodale piece. If for any reason you decide to return your order, you are welcome to do so within our return window.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a reliable, trackable service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

RETURNS POLICY
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt in case the package gets lost on its' way back to our warehouse.

A refund for your return will be issued within 5 business days after it has been received at our warehouse. During peak sales or holiday periods return handling times can be longer - we thank you for your understanding. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.


UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Unclaimed shipments aren't counted as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 20 € for any shipped unclaimed orders to cover the handling costs of the order. 


EXCHANGES
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.


CLAIMS
If you your order is damaged or faulty in some way make sure to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please reach out to us in our contact page with your order number.

Note that pilling is typically not considered a reason for a reclamation, as it is a natural effect caused by the wear of wool and cashmere products.
